Important Message About COVID-19

March 16th, 2020

Dear Supporters,

Yesterday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention sent out a request to the nation urging people to postpone gatherings with 50 or more attendees. To comply with this request, we have decided to postpone our Muffins & Mimosas Bowling Tournament at Sea Girt Lanes, scheduled for this Sunday, March 22nd. This event will be rescheduled and any payments we have received will be applied to the future date. We will keep everyone informed when we have decided when that will be.

As a reminder, all proceeds from our fundraisers go directly toward granting dreams with critically and chronically ill children in our area. But we do realize that recent events may be impacting families financially. If you would like to request a refund, please do not hesitate to reach out by email or phone.

Dear Supporters,

Due to the rapid unfolding of events and announcements regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to take a moment and reach out to everyone concerning our upcoming events. As you may know, we have several amazing fundraisers coming up in the near future. However, because the health and safety our supporters, volunteers and their families is our first priority, we have had to make some adjustments.

As of right now, our Muffins & Mimosas Bowling Tournament at Sea Girt Lanes is still scheduled for Sunday, March 22nd. The facility has assured us that they have taken extra measures to sanitize the bowling alley.

The 3 ON 3 Basketball Tournament at St. Denis scheduled for April 19thhas been postponed until further notice.

The Annual Pocketbook Bingo and Gift Auction is currently still scheduled for April 25that the Manasquan Elks.

We will be sure to keep you all updated in the coming days if anything changes regarding these events.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all try our best to navigate this uncertain situation. Please do not hesitate to reach out by email or phone with any questions or concerns.

Keep well, and thank you for supporting us to help us make dreams come true for critically and chronically ill children in our area.

Kind regards,

Luanne Wood
